6. User Content

11. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

TibreSuite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
